assigned reading for april 14th

For our class reading I felt that the author is writing about those who take handouts from others and spend their day asking for handouts instead of using their time to work and earn their money like every other hard working person. I feel the author feels that we should not have to support those who continue to have babies knowing that they cannot provide for them. I read this right after class on Wednesday so can't remember all of it right now.
