Assigned reading for April 14th

This reading was about a man who thought that homeless baby's should be eaten to keep the population count down. He thinks its a logical answer and they could charge it as a delectable menu choice. He lists the many ways you could serve the baby's. He also talks about there being an age cut off for the killing and eating of the children. In which he states towards the end that his family and him would not apply to because his children were too old and his wife was no longer fertile. I don't believe this was an article of truth. I think he was trying to be sarcastic about politics and some of the things they do to save money. I was drawn in at the start but towards the end realized it was a joke and that he wasn't really being serious. Eating babies though...I don't think anyone would go for that.
