Today we started our presentations. They all were really good, especially the one about marijuana. (Just kidding, I had to put that!!! LOL!) The presentation about ghosts was good, even though I don't believe in ghosts, her use of scientific examples and personal experience helped to back up her point of view. The presentation on rap music was also good, I'm really indifferent on her thesis. I feel that some music, not just rap, tends to change one's mood or thinking at that particular time. I really did love though, how she used videos of interviews in her presentation, it really added alot to the presentation. My favorite though was the pug presentation. I really liked the powerpoint and the pictures used, someone who has never thought about owning a pug, after watching the presentation, would be more apt to consider a pug as a pet. (I'm also biased because I have a pug!!!) I'm looking forward to the next couple days of presentations and what each student has in store, so far you can really tell that alot of work was put into them.
