presentations are extremely important because they teach us how to communicate to not just one individual but an entire group as well. public speaking is a vital skill that is embedded into our education career at very young age. the earliest form of presentations most likely occurred when we were in kindergarten through a show and tell activity, and probably advanced to book reports in the elementary years. because educators start stressing the skill of speaking to peers at a young age it shows the importance of presentations and it is a skill that we will continue to use and perfect once adults in the job world. presentations can also cause a lot of controversy to a student problems such as fear of public speaking and other nervousness often arise once being informed that you will be required to make a speech. bu it is important to put those petty fears aside and remember that everyone is in the same boat and presentations and their important are not going to vanish from the corporate world no matter how much one might dread them. presentations can illustrate your voice both visually and vocally they allow a person to share their ideas and promote change. without presentations it would be almost impossible to learn new things as well as voice your opinion or hear the opinions of others.
